Fell in love with a specific piece in our
Portfolio? While every past creation is absolutely one-of-a-kind and cannot be duplicated identically, we can often recreate the essence and style of a past piece specifically for you. Understand that due to the unique nature of natural crystals and the organic process of handcrafting, your new piece will be a unique interpretation, not an exact copy. Variations in stone patterns/colors, wirework details, and especially the accent charms and beads (which are intuitively selected by the artisan) are expected and celebrated as part of its individuality.
How to request a Style Recreation:
1.Screenshot: Take a screenshot of the portfolio piece that inspires you.
2.Specify Core Elements: Let us know you'd like a recreation of this style. Confirm the type of main crystal you desire (if known/applicable) and approximate size preference.

4.Consult & Quote: We will discuss feasibility, confirm potential variations, provide a price quote, and estimated timeline.
5.Payment: Once details and price are agreed upon, complete the payment.
6.Creation: Your unique piece will be handcrafted (approx. up to 2 weeks).
7.Photo Approval: We will send you photos of the finished piece for your confirmation.
8.Shipment: Upon your approval, your unique ally ships out to you!
Option 2: Fully Custom Creation (From Your Vision)
Have a completely unique design idea, or perhaps a specific symbol or combination you envision?
1.Share Your Vision: Describe the style you envision. Reference images (yours or others) are very helpful!
2.Specify Details: Let us know approximate size, desired main crystal(s), preferred metal tone (our standard is Jewelry-Grade Brass), and any specific accent elements you have in mind.

4.Consult & Quote: We'll discuss the design details, feasibility, provide a price quote, and estimated timeline. This may involve some back-and-forth to refine the concept.
5.Payment: Once the design and price are finalized, complete the payment.
6.Creation: Your truly one-of-a-kind piece will be brought to life (approx. up to 2 weeks).
7.Photo Approval: We will send you photos of the finished piece for your confirmation.
8.Shipment: Upon your approval, your unique vision ships out to you!

Important Notes for Custom Orders
Pricing: Custom pieces are priced individually based on design complexity, materials chosen, and estimated crafting time. We will provide a detailed quote for your approval after our initial consultation.
Communication: The custom process is collaborative! We will primarily communicate via Contact Form / email at kk@aethergem.com. Please allow 1 business days for responses during the consultation phase.
Payment: Full payment is required upon final design confirmation before the crafting process begins. Details will be in your quote.
Uniqueness Guaranteed: Even custom pieces based closely on references or your vision will be unique handcrafted interpretations using natural materials. Subtle variations are inherent and part of their unique magic.
Timeline: Please remember the consultation and design finalization phase takes time in addition to the standard [approx. up to 2 weeks] crafting period. We will provide a full estimated timeline with your quote.
